Findremix again have teamed up with Spring Tube, this time to launch a remix contest of legendary American DJ and producer Kenneth Thomas who is know as resident-artist and A&R manager of Paul Oakenfold’s Perfecto Records, and regular representative of Armin Van Buuren’s Armada Music.

“Russian Lights” is a track originally featured on Spring Tube’s latest sampler-release. Now everyone from you have a chance to do the remix on it to be included in a full single-release. Kenneth Thomas and Spring Tube hopes to find three winning remixes from the entrants.
Genre preferences: progressive house, progressive trance, tech house, deep house, progressive breaks, chillout, downtempo.

All the entries will listen Kenneth Thomas and Spring Tube’s representatives themselves, and together they will choose the brightest works.

As well as having their remix released on Spring Tube, the winners will also get their hands on a whole heap of great prizes from Crysonic, Trackitdown, Tek’it Audio and One Small Clue. Good luck to all contest’s entrants!

File submission is subject to SoundCloud.com terms. Submitting a track signals agreement with these terms and conditions.
  3. The submission phase begin 29-10-2012 and ends on January 27th, 2013 23:59:59 GMT +1 (Central European Time).
  4. The Judging phase starts just after submission phase ends. Winners will be announced within the next two weeks.
  5. The winners will all be chosen by Findremix & Prime Loops staff. Winners will be posted on Findremix.com as well as various publications by some of the additional event sponsors.
  6. Any submissions using a sample that is ‘uncleared’ will be disqualified. The definition of an ‘uncleared’ sample is a loop, sample or musical work, that you do not own the copyright for (ie: you didn’t create it). You are free to use sounds that were created by you and/or royalty free loops. The submitting party bears all responsibility for their use of any ‘uncleared’ content.
  7. In the rare event that all of the submissions are deemed “sub-quality” FindRemix.com & label reserves the right to not include a winner y/or to not include the release on label prize. Please submit professional quality product for consideration.
  8. Your submission of a remix in this contest constitutes your agreement to these Rules.
  9. The competition is not open to employees or agencies of FindRemix or Prime Loops.
